Order Process
Once your order has been placed a confirmation letter is sent by email, including a link to our order tracking page where you can see the status of your order at any time. You can always visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to check the status of an order. After an order has been shipped, an email including the FedEx Ground tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for merchandise that is clearly damaged or defective and we will refund the full cost of the items and return shipping costs as soon as we receive and inspect the item. We must be informed by email, fax or phone within 7 days of customer receipt of any damaged merchandise.
Returns are also accepted for merchandise that you may be unsatisfied with. You will be credited for the cost of the item less any shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We must be notified of such returns by email, fax or phone prior to return shipping.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are temporarily out of stock can be requested at any time by sending us an email. We welcome any feedback or requests concerning items that are out of stock as this will help us to expedite the process of re-ordering the desired items.
Calculation of Tax
In accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the tax regulations for businesses in the City of Philadelphia, customers whose billing address is in Pennsylvania will be subject to 7% sales tax on all items except for those in the Clothing & Accessories category.

Shipping charges indicated are for FedEx Ground Service. Ruka will only ship to addresses located in the lower 48 United States. Items usually ship within 2-5 days of order processing.
