Shipping is always discounted when you purchase 2 or more items at Ruka.com! Here's how it works. Pay the full shipping price for the item that costs the most to ship and get 1/2 off the shipping price of all other items in your Shopping Basket.

Item 1 Shipping: $10.00
Item 2 Shipping: $9.00 $4.50
Item 3 Shipping: $7.00 $3.50

For orders that arrive damaged: Returns are accepted for merchandise that is clearly damaged or defective and we will refund the full cost of the items and return shipping costs as soon as we receive and inspect the item. We must be informed by email, fax or phone within 7 days of customer receipt of any damaged merchandise.
